This wood wall art piece was designed, cut, carved, shaped, sanded, and assembled - all by hand and with the utmost attention to detail. The rustic beauty draws you in, and its name, “Approachable,” comes from the lack of thorns. It is inviting and welcoming.The vibrant colors come from the woods: ambrosia maple, walnut, purpleheart, and Brazilian cherry. No dyes or stains were added. These are the natural wood colors! A colorless oil was applied to show off the natural wood and make the grain pop.There is stain on the backer which is birch plywood, but no stain on the frame which is walnut. There is a sawtooth style hanger on the back, making it ready to hang right away!Each piece is unique because of the differences in the wood and being made completely by hand. No two art pieces are exactly alike! The back is signed by the artist. The total measurements of the piece are 17.25” high x 13.5” wide.
