Handmade Rasp Grater

If you are looking for the perfect tool for finely grating items like garlic, ginger, parmesan cheese, citrus zest, and more, then look no further. This rasp grater excels in its job AND is a gorgeous addition to your kitchen utensils. When you are finished using it each time, simply unscrew the handle, put the metal rasp grater in the dishwasher, then reattach the handle after the wash. To clean the handle, wipe down with mild soapy water and dry thoroughly (don't let wood soak in water and don't leave it wet).
